I have lost 30lbs in 2 years – an average of 1.25lbs a month. In truth it was much more up and down as I learnt how my body responded to different food, which foods I needed to never buy again and what willpower truly is.
In the new year I will be publishing my progress pictures here documenting the final stages of my weight loss journey. After this I will be focusing on toning and exercise.
